In case you’re thinking it’s too late to order holiday cards, let me tell you, it’s not. I am still photographing family sessions for cards, and even have some scheduled after Christmas. New Years cards are becoming a real thing, and with the help of Tiny Prints, you can send them late in the game like I did and still make a big impact with a beautiful and heartfelt holiday greeting. This year, I even took our own photos for our cards, just to show it CAN be done (though not always easily, and not without an extra hand from your sister). So, even if you didn’t have a photo session this year, sending greeting cards with images you’ve taken yourself are just as warmly received by friends and family. Tiny Prints made it easy to shop card designs with the “show with my photo” feature. I narrowed down my options to foil and letterpress, I love cards that make a statement! It was hard to choose just one, but with a little help from a friend I went with the “Striking Shine” design in rose gold foil. This card design has a modern feel, yet with black, white and rose gold is neutral enough to go with any photo. To make it even more striking, I opted for a scalloped trim, shimmer paper and gold bokeh envelope liners. My cards were delivered so fast, and with return and recipient address printing available, I was able to have everything ready and in the mail the next day! Another tradition in my family is annual photo ornaments. I love the idea of having a photo from every Christmas together on our tree, and as another way to treasure our family photos. For the last several years, I’ve ordered Tiny Prints “Favorite Memory” metal ornaments, because of how beautiful they look on our tree and how durable they are when they hit the floor or little hands run off with them. I usually order a couple ornaments for grandparent gifts too, but I can’t show that here yet :) I am so happy with our cards this year, and that Tiny Prints makes it so easy to make and send them at any point in the holiday season.
