I love the creative community we have here in Phoenix, especially within photography. It’s truly a community of support and love, one where many friendships have grown from. Brooke and Garrett contacted me through our mutual photographer friend, Charity, who I had the privilege of photographing when her own little one, Achilles, was born. During our session, I couldn’t help but notice some of their gorgeous wedding images, which were captured by Session Nine, the same couple we had take our family photos in October. The similarities didn’t stop, as we talked about our surprise natural births, church families and friends in one another’s congregations. This family was so sweet, so full of love, and Emery was as darling in person as she looks in these images.
